Stephen Martin Stephen Martin - CEO and Founder

Stephen has been writing software since he was 7 years old. His strong passion for all things technical has led him to a 10+ year career is software development. Even while still in college, Stephen created one of the first instant message companies. After graduation he has worked as a senior engineer for both start-ups and large banking institutions. He is known for strong analytical skills and creative technical solutions. At MTL he works directly with clients to determine their technology needs and applies the correct approach to solve these needs.

Stephen has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Engineering from MIT and a Master of Science in Management of Software Systems Development from Carnegie Mellon.

David Meza David Meza - Senior Developer

David is passionate Senior Web Software Architect with a knack for new technologies. He has over 10 years experience in the field, working in all aspects of development, from requirements, architecting, modeling, to front-end and back-end coding. Most of his background is in Java platforms, with certifications in Java Web development, and the last two years in Ruby and Rails.

David holds a Computer Science Degree and a Masters in IT.

Gustavo Gonzalez Gustavo Gonzalez - Senior Developer

When Gustavo was 10, he was bitten by the technology bug, and at age 12 made his first program in C. Since then, he has been interested in all aspects of information technology (infrastructure, databases, programming). Gustavo has several Microsoft certifications: MCSE, MCSD, MCDBA, MCTS, MCPD, MCITP, MCT. He is an active user and collaborator of open source technologies. Gustavo loves sharing his knowledge and always tries to assist in various newsgroups (usually under the pseudonym of Aguardientico).
